La Reserva 22 Colombian Coffee offers free delivery for Guelph / Eramosa Area, to qualify for free delivery, your postal code should start with: N0B 2K0, N1C, N1E, N1G, N1H, N1K, N1L.
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $60 CAD
Free delivery applies to orders over $60 CAD before taxes and delivery charge. Orders under $59.99 CAD are subject to a flat $10 CAD shipping rate.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
There is no charge for shipping when you pick up your products at La Reserva 22 Colombian Coffee, curbside pick up terms apply:
Curb side pick up Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Curbside orders take about two hours to be ready. To qualify for same day pick up, you should order before 11:00 AM. Any orders placed past 11:00 AM should be ready for pick up the next day between 1:00PM to 3:00 PM.
When you select curbside pickup, you will receive an email notification saying your order is ready for pick up.
If you are unable to pick your products up at these hours, we offer free delivery in Guelph/ Eramosa area. Make sure to select the proper delivery option when you place your order. Or contact us by email to set up a different pick up time.
SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping to Canadian addresses only, no shipping to USA.
Based on distance and fastest delivery time. online orders will be shipped with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or Canvas. After your order has been placed, you will receive an email with the courier company and the delivery tracking number.

Our Coffee is roasted, processed and dispatched from Guelph Ontario This is an estimated shipping time, however expect delays depending on the destination:
Faster Delivery: if you need your coffee in a rush we can offer faster delivery time at an extra charge. Contact us first by email to set up rates, carrier company and delivery times.
Tracking Number:
Once your order is processed in our facility, you will receive a tracking number for your order, once your product is out for delivery, find your tracking number on the website of the carrier company. However, if you have any questions don’t hesitate to to contact us by email at support@lareserva22.com. If the question is relative to transit the fastest way is to first contact the carrier.
ROASTING SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
ORDER PROCESSING
Our goal is for you to enjoy your fresh tasting coffee as soon as possible, our processing time takes one day and maximum two business days. Orders placed past 2 PM eastern time are shipped the following business day.
ROASTING
Our sustainable fresh roast strategy consists of only roasting our coffee from Monday to Wednesday to reduce our carbon footprint.
COFFEE FRESHNESS
We recommend that you consume the coffee 7 days after of the roast date that appears on the bottom of your coffee’s bag, this allows the coffee to release any CO2 present after roasting, giving you the best flavours and aromas.
DISCOUNTS
10% discounts apply for the first time shopping at La Reserva 22 Colombian Coffee when you subscribe to our newsletter. When you subscribe you will receive a one time use promotional code that is used during the check out, discounts apply before taxes and shipping.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Coffee Returns: Ours goal is that you are happy with your coffee Unfortunately do we no accept roast coffee returns, we try our best to bring you the best flavours of our Colombian Coffee to your cup, although if you are unsatisfied with your flavor we have an entire chart in our web site on how to prepare and improve the flavour of your coffee in our recipe book. Don’t hesitate to contact us by email to support@lareserva22.com explaining why are your unsatisfied with your flavour. We will do our best to assist you on how to improve your coffee taste based on your brewing equipment.
Brewing Gear: if you received faulty or broken accessories/brewing equipment please contact us as soon you’ve received the defective item while giving us details and pictures for support for us to arrange a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging. We will generate a shipping return label for the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
