La Reserva 22 Colombian Coffee operates under a business model that ensures traceability in each of the production processes until the coffee reaches your cup.

All our specialty coffees will be roasted in Canada, ensuring a high-quality roast that considers important attributes of the Colombian bean, guaranteeing the extraordinary characteristics and freshness of Colombian coffee.

We guarantee a score higher than 85 points on the scale used by the Specialty Coffee Association, which will be tested by experienced Q-GRADERS.

Jointly with the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) guidelines and our in-house quality policies, we can guarantee excellence at every stage of our production processes. After the painstaking stage of threshing, green coffee beans are imported to Canada for roasting and final selection (removal of Quaker beans), thus ensuring that only the best beans can reach your cup and finally providing the highest quality potential for both aroma and flavour.

We then mark their thorough traceability and select the top coffees with the best physical and sensory quality. Every cup of coffee you drink meets the highest standards carefully defined with the aim that the soil, the producer, and the consumer can reap the greatest benefits by obtaining and enjoying a product that strikes a perfect balance.

OUR COFFEES' FEATURES:

All the coffees of La Reserva 22 are purchased and rated by meeting our in-house direct trade standards.

Grown and benefited under our environmental commitment, they all comply with our in-house sustainability policies.

We ensure hygiene (harmlessness) at every stage of the production chain, storage, transportation, and transformation by sticking to strict quality and tracking standards, thus preventing contamination from odors and substances strange to our coffee.

All our coffees are Single Origin or Single State.

Roasted in Canada, ensuring maximum freshness.

All of them go through 5 kinds of selection processes: 2 selections at the field (only ripe beans), one selection by floating (separation of defective beans by gravity), one selection after threshing (broken beans and selection by sizes), and one selection of Quaker after roasting.

La Reserva 22 Colombian Coffee presents authentic flavours of coffee beans at their fullest expression and makes perfect roastings to enhance their best features. Those coffees subject to limited offers that we provide all year round are the Ancestral Coffee, La Reserva Espresso, and the Exotic Geisha, which will offer some flavour profiles and real tasting notes, which may vary a little depending on the harvesting season and the environmental conditions in which the coffee beans have ripened.

We do not conduct roastings to hide some features or create a uniform profile in the cup of our coffees. Our goal is to present the customer with the highest expression these coffee beans offer.
