His farm, La Fortuna, is located in the high mountains of Caicedonia, Colombia, where the unique combination of volcanic soils, cool nights, and warm days creates the perfect environment for cultivating Geisha coffee. Alejandro’s expertise and careful management result in a unique, premium coffee that delights the palate with every sip.

Processing method detail:

Geisha Coffee

Every cherry on La Fortuna is hand-picked, selecting only the perfectly ripe beans. The coffee undergoes a floatation process to remove low-density or defective beans, ensuring only the highest-quality cherries move forward.

These selected cherries are then slowly dried on parabolic drying beds for 25 days, allowing the beans to develop their full flavor potential. This meticulous process guarantees a balanced cup, highlighting the distinctive notes and elegance of premium Geisha coffee.
