These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, services, and experiences offered by La Reserva 22 Group INC. through our website lareserva22.ca and our booking platform. By placing an order, booking a session, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We’ve written these terms in plain language because we believe clarity builds trust. If anything isn’t clear, reach out, we’re happy to explain.
DELIVERY
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY FOR GUELPH/ ERAMOSA AREA
We offer free delivery to postal codes starting with: N0B 2K0, N1C, N1E, N1G, N1H, N1K, N1L.
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $60 CAD
Free delivery applies to orders over $60 CAD before taxes and delivery charge. Orders under $59.99 CAD are subject to a flat $10 CAD shipping rate plus applicable taxes.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
There is no charge for shipping when you pick up your products at La Reserva 22 Colombian Coffee, curbside pick up terms apply:
Curb side pick up Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Curbside orders take about two hours to be ready. To qualify for same day pick up, you should order before 11:00 AM. Any orders placed past 11:00 AM should be ready for pick up the next day between 1:00PM to 3:00 PM.
When you select curbside pickup, you will receive an email notification saying your order is ready for pick up.
If you are unable to pick your products up at these hours, we offer free delivery in Guelph/ Eramosa area. Make sure to select the proper delivery option when you place your order. Or contact us by email to set up a different pick up time.
SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping to Canadian addresses only, no shipping to USA.
Based on distance and fastest delivery time. online orders will be shipped with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or Canvas. After your order has been placed, you will receive an email with the courier company and the delivery tracking number.
Based on our roasting schedule: Shipping days are Tuesday to Friday
Our Coffee is roasted, processed and dispatched from Guelph Ontario This is an estimated shipping time, however expect delays depending on the destination:
- 1-2 business days for Local (Guelph)
- 2-4 business days (ON, Ontario)
- 3-4 business days (QB, Quebec)
- 3-7 business (Rest of Canada)
- Remote areas: one of our business goals is to bring Canada the opportunity to to enjoy La Reserva 22 Colombian Coffee in your home, however, please note that delivery times may take from 5 to 13 days in Rural areas and Northern Territories based on distance from our office in Guelph Ontario.
Faster Delivery: if you need your coffee in a rush we can offer faster delivery time at an extra charge. Contact us first by email to set up rates, carrier company and delivery times.
Tracking Number:
Once your order is processed in our facility, you will receive a tracking number for your order, once your product is out for delivery, find your tracking number on the website of the carrier company. However, if you have any questions don’t hesitate to to contact us by email at support@lareserva22.ca. If the question is relative to transit the fastest way is to first contact the carrier.
ROASTING SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
ORDER PROCESSING
Our goal is for you to enjoy your fresh tasting coffee as soon as possible, our processing time takes one day and maximum two business days. Orders placed past 2 PM eastern time are shipped the following business day.
ROASTING
Our sustainable fresh roast strategy consists of only roasting our coffee from Monday to Wednesday to reduce our carbon footprint.
COFFEE FRESHNESS
We recommend that you consume the coffee 7 days after of the roast date that appears on the bottom of your coffee’s bag, this allows the coffee to release any CO2 present after roasting, giving you the best flavours and aromas.
DISCOUNTS
10% discounts apply for the first time shopping at La Reserva 22 Colombian Coffee when you subscribe to our newsletter. When you subscribe you will receive a one time use promotional code that is used during the check out, discounts apply before taxes and shipping.

COLOMBIAN SPECIALTY COFFEE EXPERIENCE
BOOKING TERMS
The Experience The Colombian Specialty Coffee Experience is a 75-minute guided specialty coffee tasting session held at our Guelph roastery. The session includes coffee education and a tasting of three Colombian specialty coffees across different process levels.
Pricing & Payment $20 CAD per person. Maximum 2 people per session. Full payment is collected at the time of booking through our secure booking platform.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancel 48 hours or more before your session: Full refund — no questions asked.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before your session: Full credit to rebook at any future date.
- No-show on the day of your session: No refund or credit available.
- Rescheduling: Welcome with at least 24 hours notice at no extra charge.
