We are a Canadian company offering specialty Colombian coffee sourced directly from 22 regions, focused on quality, sustainability, and direct trade.

No, but you’re welcome to visit our operational facility and purchase whole or ground roasted coffee beans for homemade preparations. “Enjoy being your own barista!”

100%  Arabica Colombian coffee, sourced from multiple regions across Colombia via direct relationships with farmers.

All our coffees are, single-origin.

All our coffes are considered “high altitude coffees” for example, our Ancestral Coffee is grown at 1,650 meters above sea level.

We never over roasted our coffees (dark roast), we  offer mainly ligh-medium and medium roasts.

Yes, we stock seasonal and speciality coffees such as Exotic Geisha and Process, some of which are available year-round and some of which are limited edition.

We offer customizable grinds including extra-fine (espresso), fine, medium, coarse depending on brew method.

Yes, we offer a direct customer service at our operational facility from Monday to Friday, 9:30am-1:30pm. (Note, we don’t sell coffee drinks)

Payment Information and Security

Accordingly, provincial or territorial GST (goods and services sales tax), QST (Quebec consumption tax), PST (provincial sales tax) or HST (harmonized sales tax) is charged on brewing methods, filters and shipping. Coffee is exempt of tax.

We accept debit, Visa and Mastercard payments through our website, as well as PayPal and Square.

All payments are processed securely at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a receipt by email. We’ll then prepare your order and send you a second email with shipping details and a tracking number.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 CAD for orders under $59.99 CAD, delivered anywhere in Canada.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11:00 AM (Central Ontario time) ship within 24 hours.

Refund, Returns and Cancellations policy

Coffee: We don’t accept returns on roasted coffee, but we want you to enjoy it! Visit our  to improve flavor, don’t hesitate to contact us by email at support@lareserva22.ca

Brewing gear: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away with photos. Items must be unused, in original packaging. We’ll arrange a return label and replacement.
